If you don't know exactly what you want to accomplish, it will be impossible for you to achieve your goals. You cannot achieve anything without having a clear objective. Having a clear goal will allow you to focus your energy on achieving that goal. In this way, you will be able to establish a good plan of action to be able to arrive there that will distinguish the objectives from the dream.

You have to have self-confidence and be able to imagine achieving our goals.If you can imagine it you already have a good part of the way, every evening or every morning you can practice visualization: Imagine yourself as in a dream in the process of making the necessary efforts to achieve it and reach your goal, imagine the feelings that will invade you when you reach it in this way it will become much more tangible to you and it would be easier for you to reach it.
3 # ORGANIZATION IS THE KEY
If your goals are to eat better and succeed in following your diet program or to train at the gym 3 to 4 times a week, it is best to plan ahead and make your schedule accordingly. example of allocating time in your day to your agenda for your workouts as if it were your job, for food allocate yourself a time when you will go to do the grocery shopping and you will do your meal prep in this way it will be much more motivating and easier to follow your plan and achieve your goals
4 # OUR BELIEFS
It is a little the basis for the achievement of its goals Why?
because our behaviors will be influenced by our beliefs if we do not believe ourselves capable of reaching a given goal we will end up giving up. Too many people believe that to reach their goals the efforts they will have to give are beyond their capabilities. what's the point of trying if you don't even feel able to do it

5 # ESTABLISHED AN INTENTION

the WHEN, the WHAT and the HOW
WHAT: Example I want to gain 5 lbs of mass in 6 months and train 5 x per week
WHEN (Specify a time and place): I will work out at the gym after work at 4 in the evening 5 x per week
HOW: I will prepare my meal prep each week and prepare my sportswear the day before to bring them to work and be able to go to train.
